3. Increase the laminating time of the compound roller and use the smooth roller, fully preheat the film, reduce the compounding speed, select the adhesive with good moisture and accurately select the ink;
4. Choose high molecular weight, fast curing glue, improve the glue concentration, improve the oven temperature, fully dry the glue;
5. Maintain a certain temperature in the operating area;
6. Adjust the drying temperature of glue;
7. Improve the temperature of the compound roller and reduce the compound angle (gas bubbles are easily produced when the film is thick and hard).
