1、 The bag bends
1. The balance of film tension and chain belt tension is not good.
(1) The tension of adjusting roller is too weak.
(2) The zipper is too tight.
(3) The zipper doesn't slide well.
(4) The slot of the zipper panel is too narrow.
(5) The slide of the zipper panel is not good.
(6) The film sliding at the inclined plate / M plate is not good.
The temperature of the zipper is too high.
3. The tension of rubber roller under zipper is poor.
2、 Partial heat sealing of zipper belt is poor
1. Foreign matters (polyethylene residue and dust) are mixed in the zipper heat sealing plate.
2. The Teflon surface installed on the zipper frame is damaged or there are foreign matters.
3. The Teflon surface of the zipper plate is damaged or there are foreign matters.
4. The zipper plate is partially damaged or deformed.
3、 Either end of the heat sealing part of the zipper belt is not sealed or the heat sealing strength is very weak
1. The thickness of zipper is not suitable.
2. The position of the zipper heat sealing plate is not aligned with the belt.
4、 Welding of zipper anastomosis
1. The heat sealing temperature of zipper is too high.
2. The position of the heat seal of the zipper is offset and the matching part is pressed.
3. The waiting time is too long and affected by preheating.
5、 There is no problem with the adjustment roller, but there is deviation between the side of the zipper frame and the pattern
1. The position of the zipper plate is too low, the lower film is heat sealed with the lower side, and the cooling plate has friction. Or affected by the preheating of the lower heat seal.
2. The rubber roller on the lower side of the zipper does not clamp the film well, which makes the film slip.
3. The position of the upper release roller of the lower rubber roller of the zipper is not set well.
4. The tension of the tension adjusting roller is too small.
6、 The stitching strength of zipper is too small
1. The matching strength of the original zipper is too small.
2. The thermal cover of the opening side / inner bag side of the zipper is set reversely.
3. The temperature of heat seal of zipper is set too high, which makes the anastomotic part deform, especially the concave part opens.
4. At the zipper plate, the flow of the film deviates from the angle of the zipper plate, and the edge of the zipper plate rubs to the anastomosis part.
5. The rubber roller pressed the fitting part.
6. The edge of the rubber roller groove rubs on the fitting part.
7. During bag making in two rows, the film (especially OPP / CPP) shrinks due to heat, and the flat plate for bag making in the center of zipper flat plate rubs to the anastomosis part.
8. The top cooling plate is too wide, and the fitting part is pressed.
9. The upper and lower clearance of the lower rubber roller string is too small, and the zipper fitting part is pressed too tightly.
7、 There is too much gas in the heat seal
1. The temperature of longitudinal heat seal is set too high.
2. The longitudinal pressure is too large, and the edge of the heat seal is pressed into the rubber table.
3. The rubber table is worn or uneven.
4. The width of cooling plate (upper part) is too large, and the top heat sealing part is not pressed.
5. In the Teflon roll of longitudinal heat sealing part, coarse-grained Teflon cloth is used to absorb air.
8、 There is too much gas in the transverse heat seal
1. When the reinforcing block is heat sealed, the heat sealing plate does not press down the film sufficiently.
2. The silicone rubber (especially the upstream side) of the pressure platform is concave or uneven.
3. Coarse grained Teflon cloth is used on the heat sealing plate and silicone rubber of the stage, which absorbs air into the grain.
9、 In the pressing part of the zipper, the core part is left or the liquid leaks out
1. The gap of heat seal of zipper is too small.
2. The temperature of point heat seal of zipper is set too low.
10、 In the point heat seal and transverse heat seal, aluminum, ink and other separation
1. The reason of separation is that the dissolution rate of PE or CPP in the dissolving layer is different from that of Al or ink.
2. The countermeasure is to reduce the running speed and ensure enough heat sealing time.
3. Do not pressurize the heat seal of the reinforcing block.
4. When the reinforcing block is heat sealed, adjust the clearance and melt slowly.
5. Round the edge of the heat sealing plate of the reinforcing block, so that the edge of Al or ink expansion will not be cut off.
6. Try to use multi section reinforcing block for heat sealing.
7. Use heat sealing plate and coarse-grained Teflon cloth for cooling plate to absorb into glass fiber mesh
