Causes of adhesion
The drying is not enough and there are many residual solvents. Especially in the case of deep plate and large amount of slow drying solvent.
Two liquid reactive ink used improperly, such as the amount of curing agent is not appropriate, so that the ink can not cure, but also cause adhesion.
Insufficient cooling of film after printing drying.
It is caused by too much pressure during winding up.
It is easy to produce sticky ink when the temperature of the storage environment is too high and the film is lying horizontally.
Ink adhesion is low, easy to transfer sticky ink.
Gold ink, silver ink printing is easy to dry insufficient, resulting in sticky ink.
For the materials with double corona treatment, Pt and PA have high surface tension on both sides.
Countermeasures of ink adhesion
The drying system is kept in the best condition, the drying temperature, air volume and wind speed are suitable, and match with the printing speed to reduce the residual solvent.
Check whether the cooling roller is in good working condition to cool the film sufficiently.
The winding tension and tension should be appropriate, and the number of reeling meters should be reduced if necessary.
When printing gold and silver ink, the printing speed should be reduced and the printing speed should be fully dried.
Use anti sticking additives if necessary.
