Opp / PE: slightly poor transparency, but good sealing strength, not easy to leak, burst bag, inflatable. It is also not the most suitable material combination for automatic packaging machine. If automatic packaging machine is selected for packaging, like OPP / CPP, the sealing part is easy to wrinkle.
PET / CPP: good transparency, because of the high temperature resistance of pet, the sealing is smooth, suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging, inflatable.
PET / PE: slightly poor transparency, suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging, inflatable, this combination is suitable for making zipper bag (if OPP / CPP is selected as zipper bag, it is easy to wrinkle at the zipper sealing position, so when making zipper bag, OPP / CPP is not suitable, but PET / PE is suitable)
Matopp / CPP: elegant light effect, translucent state, sealing strength is the same as OPP / CPP, and easy to leak, the cold place is also explosive bag, not suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging, the seal is easy to wrinkle.
Matopp / PE: elegant light effect. In translucent state, the transparency is worse than matopp / CPP, and the sealing strength is better, but it is not suitable for automatic packaging machine, and the sealing is easy to wrinkle. But it is better than matopp / CPP and OPP / CPP.
Opp / PET / CPP: the transparency is better, that is, it is oxygen and moisture-proof. It is a kind of material combination with high transparency for packing nuts, but the biggest disadvantage is that it is more explosive bags below zero. And not suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging, automatic packaging machine packaging is easy to wrinkle.
Opp / PET / PE: the transparency is about 10% worse than OPP / PET / CPP. The thicker the PE, the worse the transparency. However, the sealing effect is very good, the sealing is smooth, and it can also isolate oxygen and moisture, and has good fragrance retention.
Matopp / VMPET / CPP, matopp / VMPET / PE: it has elegant light effect, better barrier, higher grade, but high cost. The sealing strength of the former is not as good as that of the latter, and the latter is better, so it is not suitable for air leakage.
Matopp / VMCPP: the thickness of matopp is 20um, while the thickness of VMCPP is 25um. For some aviation snacks, the bag is very small package, can choose this combination. That is, it has elegant light effect, also has aluminum plating effect, barrier property is also good.
Yin Yang bagged nuts:
A. One side transparent: OPP / PET / CPP or OPP / PET / PE
Aluminum plating on one side: OPP / VMPET / CPP or OPP / VMPET / PE
B. One side transparent: PET / PET / CPP or OPP / PET / PE
Aluminum plating on one side: PET / VMPET / CPP or PET / VMPET / PE
The thickness of the above two sides is the same. Using the above material combination, the contents can be seen on one side, and the aluminum plating effect on the other side can enhance the water and oxygen permeability.
2、 Biscuits:
Opp / CPP: good transparency, not very strict with packaging requirements.
Opp / VMCPP: non transparent combination, which is the most commonly used packaging for biscuits and egg yolk pie. It is UV resistant, has higher cost and higher grade than OPP / CPP. It is not the most suitable material for automatic packaging and packaging, and the sealing part is easy to wrinkle.
PET / CPP: suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging, for biscuits, better flavor retention, but not moisture-proof.
PET / VMCPP: suitable for automatic packaging, but the thickness after combination is too thin: 12 + 25 = 37um. But some individual chocolates are packaged with this material, such as Dove chocolate.
PET / VMPET / CPP, PET / VMPET / PE: these two materials are suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging biscuit food, the latter sealing strength and effect is better than the former. But the cost of both materials is very high.
Matopp / CPP, matopp / VMCPP: Yaguang effect, good barrier. The effect of automatic packaging machine is relatively poor.

Good seal, tope, high gloss. Translucent, but low cost.

3、 Puffed food
Opp / VMPET / PE: the sealing effect of automatic packaging machine is slightly poor;
Opp / / SPE / VMPET / PE: extrusion composite structure, lower cost, 6% ~ 8% cheaper than dry lamination, but there are many processes and large loss, so this material structure can be selected for large quantity of products. At least 10000 m2. PET / VMPET / PE: most suitable for automatic packaging machine packaging, inflatable, good aroma retention.
4、 Vacuum packaging
NY / PE: it can be frozen after vacuuming.
PET / PE: the freezing effect is not as good as NY / PE after vacuumizing. The cost of PET / PE is 10% lower than that of NY / PE.
PET / VMPET / PE, PET / Al / PE, NY / VMPET / PE, NY / Al / PE: they are all suitable for vacuum packaging, but the cost of the latter is gradually higher than the former.
5、 High temperature cooking packaging
NY / PE: under 100 ℃, boiled in water, transparent, and vacuumized at the same time.
PET / NY / PE: under 100 ℃, boiled, more safe, transparent, and vacuumized.
PET / NY / rcpp: below 123 ℃, puncture resistant, transparent.
PET / NY / Al / rcpp: below 123 ℃, opaque, puncture resistant.
PET / Al / rcpp: below 123 ℃, opaque, puncture resistance is worse than PET / NY / Al / rcpp.
The selection of cooking materials mentioned above is determined according to the cooking time, cooking method, pressure, contents and acidity and alkalinity. The test materials must be prepared to the customer first.
Six, washing products, facial mask packaging
PET / VMPET / PE: a common combination of shampoo, more suitable for automatic packaging;
OPP/VMPET/PE, MATOPP/VMPET/PE: Mask commonly used material combination.
OPP/AL/PE, MATOPP/AL/PE: mask material combination, compared with the above materials, isolation is better.
7、 Candy packaging
Opp / CPP: transparent combination, pillow packaging.
PET / CPP: transparent combination, pillow packaging, inflatable, more suitable for automatic packaging.
