1.BOPP
For the most common flexible packaging printing substrate, attention should be paid to the surface tension, thermal shrinkage and surface smoothness. There should be no subtle pits, otherwise the shallow screen part will be affected. The printing tension and impression force are moderate, and the drying temperature is lower than 80 ℃.
2.BOPET
Because pet is usually thin and 12 μ m, it is easy to wrinkle, so it needs large tension when printing, and it has certain selectivity for ink. It is better to use special ink. It is easy to peel off with general printing ink, and the film has large static electricity, so it is easy to block the plate, fluff and scratch (knife thread). In addition, the printing workshop humidity is a certain advantage, can withstand higher drying temperature.
3.BOPA
The biggest characteristic of BOPA film is easy to absorb moisture and deform.
(1) The size of BOPA changes after moisture absorption, so it should be unpacked and used, and the remaining film should be sealed immediately for moisture-proof packaging.
(2) In production, it can be used for preheating and dehumidification in air through one or two colors at a temperature of 60-90 ℃.
(3) When the relative ambient temperature is higher than 85%, it is better not to print nylon film.
(4) The printed BOPA should be transferred to the next process for lamination immediately. If it is not possible to do so in China, it should be sealed and packed. The storage time is generally no more than 24 hours. It is better to store the printed BOPA in the compound heating room.
(5) The printing tension and pressure are appropriate.
4. K coating
Key points of k-coating film printing: because the thickness uniformity of k-layer film is not very good, the surface is not smooth, and PVDC is rigid and brittle, so the printing tension and printing pressure can not be too large during printing, overprint is difficult, and ink transfer is poor. When printing shallow screen plate, it is easy to get dot (part of the dot is lost), so high hardness roller should be used for printing 。 In addition, the solvent is selective. If the solvent is not used, the layer may be dissolved. The residual solvent of printing film is large and easy to adhere. Therefore, special attention should be paid to drying and cooling.
5. Extinction film
The OPA process can be used to print inside the smooth surface of the matt film. However, because the extinction layer on the surface can not withstand high temperature, it is necessary to control the drying temperature.
6. Pearlescent film
Pearlescent film using surface printing ink for surface printing, and try to choose a good transparency of the surface printing ink. Heat shrinkable film printing to use a very low drying temperature, to choose a special heat shrinkable ink (printed ink must be able to heat shrinkage and not fall), if PVC heat shrinkable film, but also consider the solvent solubility of the film.
7.CPP、CPE
The tension of UN stretched PP and PE film is very small when printing, so it is difficult to overprint. The printing deformation should be fully considered in the pattern design.
