If it does not matter, the ink with low viscosity will naturally defoaming, and the ink with high viscosity can not deactivate naturally. Although some bubbles will be naturally eliminated in the printing process due to the ink swivel chair, but some will become larger and larger. Therefore, in order to completely remove the bubbles in these inks, we need to add 0.1% ~ 1% defoamer in the ink, but pay attention to the right amount, otherwise it will be too much to produce new bubbles.
In addition, it should be noted that when the ink swivel chair, timely foaming, but the main substrate surface of the ink liquidity and moisture is good, printing ink film surface bubbles will gradually disappear, eventually forming a flat printing ink film. But on the contrary, if the ink bubble is not eliminated, then the final ink film surface will be uneven. Ordinary ink through the screen will be due to the role of the screen defoaming, in order to make the ink has a better defoaming effect, when mixing with some hot water or boiling water, the effect will be better.     for some transparent red, transparent blue, transparent green ink. Because the amount of organic pigments in the microparticles is reduced, the bonding materials of this kind of ink have the characteristics of easy foaming. However, if we add some tackifier, tackifier or diluent into it, we can also make it a stable and adaptable ink.
