The production of printing plate is an important part of prepress. Its high technical content and high price directly affect the quality of strict products, production cost and delivery time. The application and production process of printing plate is very important. It is a process of division of labor and cooperation, involving multiple departments and multiple procedures. It must be coordinated and handled well to urge the relevant responsible departments to perform their duties and fulfill their duties in the implementation process, and do a good job in the corresponding links to ensure the quality of the whole process. Plate making can be divided into three situations: 1. New product plate making, that is, the plate to be made when new product development. Production of spare plates. According to the production cycle, product batch size, plate resistance and plate making cycle, one or two spare plates should be made properly to prevent the wear or damage of the printing plate in the production process, affecting the product quality and delivery date, so as to ensure the smooth production. Conventional plate making. When the plate is normal wear or other reasons damage and there is no backup plate, we must make a new plate in time to ensure the connection of production. 2. Plate acceptance. The acceptance of the printing plate must determine the special acceptance personnel and formulate the corresponding acceptance standards. Inspection must be carried out one by one according to the standards. The inspection contents of the printing plate include the surface appearance of the plate, keyway processing, sample size and pattern calibration. Some items can only be verified by using the machine (for example, the circular runout of the plate). It can be put into the warehouse only after passing the inspection, otherwise it will be handed over to the relevant responsible department for handling. During the inspection, relevant records shall be made as the basis for quality traceability. 2、 The warehouse management of printing plate room management is one of the main contents of plate management. Good or bad plate room management directly affects the quality and service life of printing plate, and even affects the normal production. To do a good job in the management of printing plate, it is best for enterprises to establish a sound version room management method, and refine the content of plate management, so as to make the plate management more detailed, comprehensive and effective. Edition room management involves more contents, the main contents are summarized as follows: 1. The division of storage space. The management plate must have the space to place the plate. Enterprises must set up warehouses according to their needs, requiring printing plates to enter and leave the warehouse conveniently, and the internal environment of the warehouse should be kept dry and ventilated; at the same time, the available version (including standby version) storage area, non usable version storage area, plate box storage area and channel should be planned. The plate shelf is placed in the plate placing area to display the plate. The distance between the plate shelves is required to be more than 1 m, so as to facilitate the plate moving in and out; the channel must be kept smooth, which is conducive to improving the work efficiency. 2. Plate identification. Do a good job of plate identification can be convenient to find the plate, to ensure that the plate, back to the accurate and fast return. The plates are classified into usable and non usable plates, which are respectively placed in the corresponding areas and labeled with qualified and unqualified products. The corresponding label shall be pasted on the corresponding position of each available plate holder, indicating the name, number, color sequence and perimeter of the plate, so as to facilitate identification; the name, quantity and number of various plates stored on the plate holder of each row shall be listed in front of each row of plate holder, so as to make it clear at a glance. 3. Plate protection. The protection of printing plate includes dust prevention, rust prevention, damage prevention, etc., which requires the manager of the plate room to do a good job in the daily management of the plate room. Keep the plate room clean and tidy, cover the plate well to prevent dust from eroding the plate and blocking the mesh hole; clean and oil the plate once a week; when returning the plate after printing, carefully check the condition of the plate, make sure that the plate is in good condition and the layout is clean and free of residual ink before entering the warehouse. After the plate is put back, the plate should be cleaned thoroughly with solvent and coated with antirust oil( At the same time, the management personnel should urge the plate taking and releasing personnel to handle it carefully. The plate must be put into the plate box with special felt when it is out of the warehouse, and the plate should be handled carefully during transportation to avoid damaging the plate.4. Warehouse in and out management. Establish the registration system of printing plate out of warehouse. Managers can make two types of registers: one is to record the plate in and out of the warehouse, including the name, number, quantity, perimeter of the printing plate, and the person who took the plate, the date of taking the plate, the person who returned the version, and the date of returning the plate; the other type is used to record the status of the existing printing plate in the plate room (including the available version and the non available version), so as to keep it for reference. 5. Management of non available version. The plates that can not be used after inspection must be isolated and placed in time to avoid confusion, and the plates should be marked and recorded for scrapping. For the scrapped printing plate, the name, number and application time of the plate shall be indicated, and the plate scrapping form shall be attached. Meanwhile, the identification of the corresponding storage area and relevant records shall be changed in time. In addition, the existing printing plate in the edition room should have clear accounts to ensure the consistency of materials, accounts and cards. At the end of each month, to do a good job of checking the plate. 3、 The use and management of printing plate is the printing workshop, and the printing workshop is mainly responsible for the management of the plate during its use. According to the production plan, the printing workshop will collect the required plates from the printing room for production. Pay attention to the following points during use: 1. When loading and unloading the plate, you must handle it with care to avoid collision. When installing or removing the scraper holder, you should operate carefully to avoid damaging the plate. 2. In the printing process, it is necessary to keep the scraping knife at a proper angle and pressure to reduce the wear rate of the printing plate; at the same time, the viscosity, dryness and EI:] NJ speed of the ink should be well controlled to prevent the printing plate from blocking. Operation, to avoid human improper operation, in order to avoid leaving hidden danger to the plate. For example, sandpaper grinding plate surface must be appropriate to avoid damage to the plate. 3. The removed plates should not be stored in the workshop for a long time, and should be returned to the plate room in time to facilitate the effective protection and storage of plates. 4. When returning the plate, the plate must be wrapped with felt, loaded into the plate box, returned to the edition room in time and placed in its place. The manager of the room shall check and confirm and make records. For the damage occurred in the process of using the printing plate, it must be reported by the printing workshop 3 in the form of a written report to clarify the cause of the damage, which shall be verified and purchased by the technical department, so as to take timely treatment measures. 4、 There are generally two situations of plate scrapping: one is the plate which can not be used due to normal wear and tear or abnormal damage; the other is the plate scrapped due to external factors, such as product replacement, production stop, etc. 1. Verification of plate scrapping. The printing plate can not be scrapped at will. It must be put forward by the designated department. The technical department will inspect the plate, make identification, explain the reasons for scrapping, and issue handling opinions. The printing plate can be scrapped after being signed by relevant departments and submitted to the leader in charge of quality for approval. 2. Plate scrapping treatment. As the printing plate involves intellectual property issues, it is necessary to take appropriate ways and means to deal with them to avoid unnecessary losses.
