The distance between the air knife and the cooling roll should be controlled as small as possible so that the film can cling to the cooling roll. The distance between the air knife and the cooling roller should be the same, and the pressure of the air knife should be uniform. The winding tension should be appropriate. About 100N. If the tension is too high, the film is taken up too tightly, which is not conducive to aging and slitting. The tension is too small, the film is not tight, and the edge is not neat. After corona treatment, the surface tension of CPP film decreases with the increase of time. The more low molecular content of raw material is, the greater the decrease range is. Therefore, the surface tension of CPP film should be properly increased during surface treatment. The surface tension should not be too large, otherwise the film will be brittle and the mechanical properties will decline.
Polyamide tape casting film production process uses polyamide 6 as raw material. The temperature of die head must be lower than that of extruder head, and the temperature should not fluctuate too much, otherwise the film thickness is not uniform and even material gushing will occur. The surface temperature of the first cooling roll is 90 ~ 100 ℃ and that of the second cooling roll is 20 ~ 40 ℃.
The extrusion temperature of PE tape casting film is higher than that of blow molding. The barrel temperature is 180 ~ 190 ℃, 190 ~ 200 ℃, 200 ~ 210 ℃, 210 ~ 220 ℃, 220 ~ 230 ℃. The die temperature is 1 220 ~ 225 ℃, 2 215 ~ 220 ℃, 210 ~ 215 ℃, 215 ~ 220 ℃ and 220 ~ 225 ℃ respectively. The temperature of cooling roller is 20 ~ 40 ℃. The distance between air knife and cooling roller should be small, generally 30 ~ 50mm, which can reduce the "thin diameter" of polyethylene film. When the polyethylene film needs to be printed and compounded, its surface must be corona treated, and the surface tension is greater than 40Mn / m.
