1. The purpose of new proofing is to confirm the quality of the new printing plate, confirm the printing suitability of the printing plate on the machine, make the printing standard sample and the upper and lower limit samples, and determine the printing process conditions of the new version.
2. The responsibilities of printing operators in proofing: 1) ensure the normal operation of the printing machine; 2) put forward improvement suggestions on the rationality of the process; 3) be responsible for identifying the possibility that the printing plate meets the production requirements. (proofing under normal production conditions) ④ be responsible for process adjustment and accurately report the parameters after each adjustment (ink ratio of each color, dilution ratio, ink working viscosity, scraper angle, position, pressure, solvent ratio of each color, etc.), and make qualified samples as soon as possible within the specified consumption. Make appraisal opinions on the feasibility of the printing plate, and put forward improvement suggestions in time if there are problems in the printing plate.
3. After the proofing of signature sample and production standard sample is normal, the printing standard sample is about 200m. If the customer is on site, the customer shall sign on the standard printing sample, and when the customer is not on the site, the client shall sign on the printing standard. There are four copies of signature, one for technicians, one for testing room, one for customers and one for circulation in sample bags. The 200m standard printing sample shall be kept by the relevant departments, and more than four copies of the composite standard sample shall be produced within a relatively short period of time. For plastic gravure printing, if the composite sample needs to be sent to the customer for review, the standard sample can be prepared after the customer's approval. Customers have special requirements, according to customer requirements proofing.
4. Production of standard samples. ① standard samples are made and kept by technologists. All standard samples must be signed and dated by the producer. ② After making the standard sample, the technologist shall keep the remaining standard printing and composite samples for use in case of sample change. ③ The technician shall keep the customer's standard sample, including the customer's signature and entrustment signature, and the signature shall be kept for a long time. ④ The revision sampling is the same as above. If the original standard sample is invalid, the technologist shall take back the original standard sample and destroy it to ensure the customer's unique standard sample. The standard sample shall be kept away from light and kept for a certain time to update the standard sample (color fading).
