In order to ensure the smooth production, the head of the printer, the second-hand printing personnel and the third-hand printing personnel should be clear about their work contents and responsibilities. The work content of the printer is to prepare before printing. 1. Go to work 10 minutes in advance and do a good job of handover, and hold a pre shift meeting. 2. Check the completeness of handover production order. 3. Carefully check the content requirements of production sheet and process sheet, master the operation essentials, and organize the explanation of key prevention and control. 4. Check the operation condition of the machine and each circulation system (including: check and confirm the shutdown, shutdown, power failure and restart). 5. Set the process parameters (computer overprint, tension, pressure, temperature, speed, ink viscosity, etc.). 6. Replace the ink baffle, install, handle and adjust the doctor blade. 7. Arrange the crew to do a good job of prepress preparation, completion time: within 60 minutes.
Commissioning stage 1, adjust overprint, parameters. 2. After trial printing according to the proofing speed, take samples to check and adjust the printing effect. 3. Cooperate with inking group for color calibration. 4. Confirm the first piece of material, ink, solvent and page content. 5. Check the layout cutter line, wire drawing and other issues. 6. Prepare quality exception marks. 7. Completion time of test run: within 30 minutes.
Production process 1. Confirm the process parameters and operate according to the production process requirements. 2. Within 500m from the start of printing, the "printing inspection form" must be used to reconfirm the first article, including the confirmation of color, page quality, printing defects, etc. after confirmation, the construction can be reported. 3. Printing process quality monitoring, troubleshooting, accurate identification of quality abnormal position, sampling inspection and signature of each volume. 4. Report the quality problems that cannot be handled to the supervisor in time. 5. Check and supervise team members to operate according to production order and process sheet.
End of production 1, abnormal (plate, ink, raw materials, equipment, auxiliary, etc.) problems report and fill in the handling sheet. 2. Turn off the printing machine and heating system. 3. Save the computer parameters and turn off the computer. 4. Collect and sort out production data, put them into data bag and report completion. 5. On site "5S" maintenance and inspection work. 6. Check and fill in daily report and shift records.
Printing secondary work content
Pre press preparation 1, according to the process sheet ink requirements, prepare the ink. 2. Check the quality of plate and glue roller in advance. 3. Filter ink in advance, clean and prepare ink tray, ink pump and ink spoon. 4. Apply ink and put in the mixing stick. 5. Clean the guide rollers of each machine. 6. Cooperate with the captain to prepare and handle the scraper and lower scraper. 7. Completion time: within 60 minutes.
The first stage is manual adjustment of horizontal and longitudinal sleeve position and position adjustment of electric eye. 2. Responsible for the "storm" and pressure bar required by each color group. 3. Responsible for plate washing before normal printing. 4. Check whether the ink pump circulation and blocking of each color group are normal. 5. Completion time: within 30 minutes.
Production process 1. Measure the ink viscosity every 30 minutes and fill in the process record. 2. Cooperate with the captain to monitor the printing quality (knife line, flying ink, overprint) and other process and handle the abnormal. 3. In case of abnormal quality, mark the position corresponding to the winding position in time. 4. Inspect the ink circulation to ensure the supply of ink for each color group. 5. Assist the third hand to unload the printing semi-finished products.
The end of production 1, clean the rubber roller on the machine. 2. Clean up the ink, pack and mark, and inform the ink group to pull it back. 3. Clean the ink circulation pump and hand over the abnormal circulation pump to the engineering department for maintenance. 4. Site "5S" cleaning and maintenance. 5. Collect and arrange tools and various auxiliary supplies.

Third hand printing work 

Pre press preparation 1. Get raw materials and auxiliary supplies according to the production order in advance. 2. Prepare the adjustment material and paper cylinder in advance. 3. Prepare solvent in advance according to the requirements of process sheet solvent. 4. Be responsible for material wearing and receiving. 5. Clean the guide rollers of each machine. 6. Check and install raw materials carefully. According to the requirements of production order and specifications of raw materials (product name, model, width, thickness, etc.). 7. Cooperate with second hand prepress preparation. 8. Completion time: within 60 minutes.
Test stage 1. Manual adjustment of horizontal and longitudinal sleeve positions. 2. Check and clean the roller and reflector. 3. Change the coloring material or normal material. 4. Completion time: within 30 minutes.
Production process 1, responsible for the inspection of raw material specifications, installation (confirm printing corona surface), connect raw materials. 2. Remove the printing semi-finished products, fill in the quality tracking card (time, product name, order number, shift, quality status) and paste them, and place them in the designated area. 3. After connecting raw materials, timely participate in overprint and inspect ink circulation of color group to prevent ink overflow and ink flying. 4. Maintain the working site environment, clean the ink empty container and garbage.
Finish production 1, cooperate with the Deputy captain to clean up the residual ink. 2. Clean up wood, garbage, ink bucket and other debris. 3. Package, mark and record the surplus raw materials. 4. Clean up the operation site according to the "5S" specification.
