PET film BOPET film is produced by extrusion of PET resin through t-film and biaxially stretching. It has excellent properties. (1) Good mechanical properties. The suitable temperature range of BOPET film is from 70 ℃ to 150 ℃. BOPET film has excellent physical properties in a wide temperature range and is suitable for most product packaging. (3) Good barrier performance. It has excellent comprehensive water and gas barrier properties, unlike nylon, which is greatly affected by humidity. Its water blocking rate is similar to PE, and its air permeability coefficient is very small. It is highly resistant to air and odor, and is one of the aroma retaining materials. (4) Chemical resistance, grease resistance and most solvents, dilute acid, dilute alkali, etc. 2. BOPA film BOPA film is biaxial tensile film, which can be prepared by blow molding and biaxial stretching at the same time. The film can also be prepared by T-die extrusion and blow molding. The characteristics of BOPA films are as follows: (1) excellent strength and toughness. The tensile strength, tear strength, impact strength and rupture strength of BOPA film are one of the best plastic materials. (2) Outstanding flexibility, pinhole resistance, not easy to pierce the contents, is a major feature of BOPA, good flexibility, also makes the packaging feel good. (3) Good barrier, good aroma retention, except for strong acid resistant chemicals, especially excellent oil resistance. (4) It can be used for a long time between - 60 ℃ and 130 ℃. The mechanical properties of BOPA remain stable at low and high temperatures. (5) The properties of BOPA films are greatly affected by humidity, especially the dimensional stability and barrier property. In addition to wrinkling, the BOPA film generally elongates laterally after being damped. The maximum elongation is 1%. 3. CPP film CPP film, namely cast polypropylene film, is a kind of non stretching and non oriented polypropylene film. According to the raw materials, it can be divided into homopolymer CPP and copolymeric CPP. The main raw material of cooking grade CPP film is block copolymer impact polypropylene. Its performance requirements are: Vicat softening point temperature is higher than cooking temperature, impact resistance is better, medium resistance is better, fish eye and crystal point should be as few as possible. 4. Aluminum foil aluminum foil is the only kind of metal foil in flexible packaging materials. It is used for packaging articles with long application time. Aluminum foil is a kind of metal material. Its water resistance, gas resistance, light shielding and flavor retention are incomparable with any other packaging materials. It is a kind of packing material which can not be replaced completely. 5. Ceramic evaporating film is a new type of packaging film, which is made of plastic film or paper as the base material and metal oxide is evaporated and evaporated on the surface of the substrate in high vacuum equipment. The main characteristics of ceramic evaporation film are: (1) excellent barrier property, almost comparable to aluminum foil composite material. (2) Transparent, microwave permeability, high temperature resistance, suitable for microwave food. (3) Good aroma retention. Low combustion heat and less residue after incineration. 6. Other films (1) the structure of pen film is similar to that of pet. Pen has all kinds of properties of pet, and almost all properties are higher than pet. It has excellent comprehensive properties, high strength, good heat resistance, good barrier property and transparency. Its excellent UV resistance is the biggest outstanding point of pen. The barrier property of pen to water vapor is 3.5 times of that of pet, and that of various gases is four times of that of pet.(2) Bopi film has a wide range of temperature ranging from - 269 ℃ to 400 ℃. The glass transition temperature of Bopi film is between 360 ℃ and 410 ℃. Bopi film can be used continuously for more than 15 years at 250 ℃ in air, and its properties have little change. Bopi has excellent comprehensive performance, high physical and mechanical properties, radiation resistance, chemical solvent resistance, dimensional stability, soft and folding resistance. (3) PBT film PBT film is one of thermoplastic polyester films, namely butylene terephthalate film. The density is 1.31 ~ 1.34g/cm3, the melting point is 225 ~ 228 ℃, and the glass transition temperature is 22 ~ 25 ℃. PBT film has more excellent properties than PET film. PBT film has excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, aroma retention and heat sealing property, which is suitable for microwave food packaging. PBT film has good barrier property and can be used to package food with fragrance. PBT film has excellent chemical resistance. (4) TPX film TPX film is composed of 4-methylpentene-1 and a small amount of 2-olefin (3% ~ 5%). It has the lightest proportion among all plastics, only 0.83g/cm3. Other properties are also very excellent. In addition, TPX has good heat resistance and is the best heat-resistant material in polyolefins. It has a crystallization melting point of 235 ℃, weak mechanical properties, high tensile modulus and low elongation, strong chemical resistance, oil resistance, high acid, alkali, water resistance, most hydrocarbon resistance, solvent resistance temperature up to 60 ℃, higher than all other transparent plastics, high transparency, light transmittance of 98%, crystal clear appearance It has strong decoration and strong microwave penetration.
