② Store in a dark place out of direct sunlight. (ultraviolet rays in the sun will age the rubber roll surface)
③ Please do not store in the room with UV device (which will emit ozone), corona discharge treatment device, electrostatic elimination device and high voltage power supply device. (these devices will crack the rubber roller and make it unusable)
④ It should be placed in the place with less air circulation.

⑤ During storage, the roller shaft part of the rubber roller must be placed on the pillow, and the rubber surface should not be in contact with other objects. When putting the rubber roller upright, pay attention not to contact with hard objects. In particular, the rubber roller must not be placed directly on the ground for safekeeping, otherwise the surface of the rubber roller will be sunken and cannot be inked.
⑥ Please do not remove the wrapping paper when keeping it. If the packing paper is damaged, please repair the wrapping paper and pay attention to avoid air leakage. (the rubber roller inside is corroded by air, which will cause aging and make it difficult to absorb ink)
⑦ Please do not place heating appliances and heating objects near the storage place of rubber roll. (rubber will change chemically under the influence of high heat)
2. Precautions at the beginning of use
① When carrying the rubber roller, please hold the bearing parts at both ends, and pay attention not to damage the two ends of the rubber roller and the part of the support.
② Before installation on the machine, please put it on the pillow. Even for a moment, the rubber roller cannot be directly placed on the ground.
③ The surface of the new rubber roller is coated with anti-aging agent, and the surface of the new rubber roller is gently wiped clean with cleaning agent before use.
④ After the new rubber roller is installed on the machine, the rubber roller must be fully inked. On the surface of rubber roller enough ink before running, to ensure that the ink plays a lubricant role. (if the rubber roller runs without ink on the surface, it will wear the surface of the rubber roller, and the surface of the rubber roller will become hairy in a short time, so that it can not be used.)
⑤ The water roller should also be operated in the same way. Please use the kettle to feed the roller with enough water before running. At this time, please separate the two rollers, and wet one of them with water before running.
⑥ At the beginning, do not put too much pressure on the rubber roller, please set the appropriate width of the imprint line. The width of the imprint line between the rollers affects the fluidity of the ink, so it is very important to control the width of the imprint line.
⑦ According to the needs of the picture and text, sometimes it is necessary to close the ink fountain completely. If the ink hopper completely stops supplying ink, some parts of the rubber roller will idle in the ink breaking state; if the rubber roller idles in the ink breaking state, just like there is no lubricant, the rubber roller will become rough due to thermal expansion, so the minimum amount of ink must be supplied.
⑧ If it is a special UV rubber roller, it will expand due to the influence of oil, butter, oily ink and cleaning agent. Therefore, in addition to the daily use of attention, from the machine assembly and rubber roller adjustment stage should start to pay attention. If it is a UV type rubber roller, and the general ink roller treatment can be the same.
⑨ When using a new UV rubber roller, ink drying will occur at the beginning. In the assembly stage, you need to let the rubber roller adapt to UV ink, you can pour the diluent for UV ink on the rubber roller before idling.
⑩ When the machine stops, pour new UV ink or diluent for UV ink on the rubber. In the official operation, first use oil-based ink for 2-3 days, and then use UV ink.
