The main causes of low-level printing unevenness are as follows: first, it is a group of knife like unevenness caused by high ink viscosity or solvent volatilization speed in printing process. 2、 It is the ink viscosity is too low in the printing process, resulting in uneven printing in the process of lamination. 3、 Is the plate cylinder made rough, with burr, resulting in uneven scraper. Therefore, the following measures can be taken to solve the problem: properly reduce the evaporation rate of solvent and increase the slow dry solvent; appropriately increase the temperature of printing workshop to reduce the temperature of printing workshop; select the ink and plate cylinder with better quality.
