The main causes of uneven printing are as follows:
1、 It is a group of knife like unevenness caused by high ink viscosity or solvent volatilization speed in printing process.
2、 In the process of printing, uneven printing caused by overprint.
3、 Is the plate cylinder made rough, with burr, resulting in uneven scraper.
Therefore, the following measures can be taken to solve the problem: properly reduce the evaporation rate of solvent and increase the slow dry solvent; appropriately increase the temperature of printing workshop to reduce the temperature of printing workshop; select the ink and plate cylinder with better quality.
