1. It is difficult to draw the membrane
(1) Improper head temperature control: the head temperature should be adjusted properly.
(2) Uneven die discharge: the die gap should be adjusted and the head connector temperature should be properly adjusted.
(3) There are coke impurities in the melting material: purifying raw materials and cleaning machine head and screw.
(4) Improper control of extrusion process conditions: the process conditions should be properly adjusted.
2. The bubble tube is crooked
(1) Body and die temperature is too high: appropriate reduction.
(2) Head connector temperature too high: properly reduce.
(3) Die discharge is not uniform, film thickness is uneven: adjust die gap and die connector temperature properly.
3. The vesicles were in the shape of reed
(1) The clamping force of the traction roller is too small, or the rotation speed of the traction roller is affected by the regular change of the mechanical transmission resistance: appropriately increase the clamping force of the traction roller, overhaul the mechanical transmission part of the traction device, so as to make the rotation speed of the traction roller stable.
(2) The traction speed is not stable, and the wind pressure of the cooling air ring is too large: therefore, the traction speed should be adjusted to make the operation stable; the wind pressure of the air ring should be appropriately reduced.
4. Bubble tube swing
(1) Melting material temperature is too high: reduce the temperature of fuselage and head properly.
(2) The cooling efficiency of the cooling air ring is too low: properly increase the air pressure and air volume of the air ring.
(3) The friction force between the bubble tube and the herringbone splint is too large: properly increase the angle of the herringbone plate, and reduce the contact area between the bubble tube and the splint.
(4) The temperature of die head is too low, it is difficult to discharge the material, and the film bubble jumps: properly raise the temperature of the die head and increase the screw speed.
5. The surface of the film is flowery
(1) The temperature of the fuselage or the head is low, and the melting material plasticization is poor: properly raise the temperature of the fuselage or the nose.
(2) Screw speed too fast: slow down properly.
(3) Screw temperature is too high or too low: by adjusting the flow of cooling medium in the screw, the screw temperature is controlled in the appropriate temperature range.
6. Obvious hanging line
(1) There is decomposition material or impurity adhesion at the outlet of die: scrape off the impurity or coke with a copper shovel. If it is serious, the mandrel should be pushed out for cleaning.
(2) Die bruise: repair die.
(3) The internal pressure of the machine head is too small: increase the filter screen.
(4) Melting material temperature is too high: reduce the temperature of fuselage and head properly.
7. Obvious seam line trace
(1) Head or head connector temperature is too high: reduce appropriately. But the temperature should not be too low, otherwise, sewing thread will still be produced.
(2) There is coke sticking at the tip of the mandrel. The shape of the mandrel tip should be modified to make it smooth transition.
(3) The head mechanism design is unreasonable. Head design should be modified.
8. Poor transparency
(1) The temperature of fuselage or nose is too low: increase it properly.
(2) Insufficient cooling of foam tube: to improve cooling efficiency of cooling system, increase air pressure and air volume of air ring, and reduce extrusion speed appropriately.
9. There are coke particles or white spots in the film
(1) Impurities mixed into raw materials: screen impurities and purify raw materials.
(2) Broken filter screen: replace the filter screen.
(3) Melt overheat decomposition: clean the head and screw, and reduce the molding temperature properly.
10. There is stiffness in the film
(1) Broken filter: replace the filter.
(2) Improper control of molding temperature: in general, if the molding temperature is too low and the melting material is not plasticized well, it is easy to produce cold material block, so it is necessary to adjust the temperature properly.
11. Bubbles
(1) The raw material is not fully dried and the moisture content is too high: pre drying treatment is carried out.
(2) Leakage of cooling water in barrel or hopper: repair cooling pipe and device to eliminate leakage.
12. The film thickness is not uniform
(1) Improper adjustment of die gap, uneven discharge: adjust die gap.
(2) Uneven air volume of cooling air ring: adjust and clean the air ring to make the air output uniform.
(3) Mandrel deflection: replace mandrel.
(4) Uneven temperature around the head: repair the heating device of the head.
(5) If the blowing ratio is too large, it should be adjusted down properly.
(6) Unstable pressure of compressed air: repair air compressor.
(7) Unreasonable head structure design: modify the process parameters of the die.
(8) Too little discharge: properly increase the speed of extruder and increase the discharge.
13. Film wrinkle
(1) Uneven film thickness: adjust the film thickness.
(2) Insufficient or uneven cooling: strengthen cooling efficiency or reduce molding speed appropriately.
(3) Herringbone splint or traction roller out of alignment with nose Center: recalibrate center line.
(4) The included angle of herringbone splint is too large: reduce the included angle properly. Sometimes, the angle of the herringbone splint is not suitable for the diameter of the bubble tube, so it should be adjusted, and the geometry of the splint should be symmetrical.
(5) The clamping force of the traction roller is not uniform, and the tightness is different: adjust the clamping force properly to make the clamping force evenly distributed on the roller surface.
(6) Winding tension is not constant: adjust the friction force of winding friction disc to ensure constant winding tension.
(7) Uneven head installation: correct the levelness of the head.
(8) Air flow instability outside the bubble tube: screen around the bubble tube to keep the air flow around the bubble tube stable.
14. Uneven winding
(1) Uneven film thickness: adjust the film thickness.
(2) Insufficient or uneven cooling: strengthen cooling and adjust air volume of air ring.
(3) Uneven clamping force of the traction force, film deviation: adjust the clamping force to make the clamping force on the roller surface uniform.
(4) The air in the bubble tube is entrained into the diaphragm, causing wrinkles: adjust the clamping force of the clamp to eliminate the gas in the membrane tube.
15. Poor film opening
(1) The temperature of fuselage and nose is too high: lower it properly.
(2) Traction roller clamping force is too large or traction speed is too fast, poor cooling: reduce clamping force or reduce traction speed.
(3) Poor cooling: improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling system.
(4) Too little lubricant: add proper amount of internal lubricant.
(5) Too much plasticizer: reduce the amount of plasticizer and choose high-efficiency plasticizer as much as possible.
16. Frost line is too high
(1) The head temperature is too high: lower it properly.
(2) Too much extrusion: reduce screw speed properly.
(3) Insufficient cooling: increase the air volume of cooling air ring.
17. Frost line is too low
(1) The head temperature is too low: increase it properly.
(2) Too little extrusion: increase screw speed properly.
(3) Excessive cooling: reduce the air volume of the cooling air ring.
