Technical data of solvent free PE film
The PE film blown with SF solvent-free special smooth opening masterbatch is suitable for the solventless composite products to be aged at relatively high temperature (such as 40 ℃), which effectively solves the problem of the increase of PE solventless composite friction coefficient in the industry. The test data are as follows:

Test data 1
Blowing film: pe28 μ, corona layer and intermediate layer are low smoothness granular materials, hot seal formula: cartel 0274, SECCO 0220kj, Dow 5401j each 1 / 3, + 3.0sf open smooth masterbatch.
Solvent free composite: vmppet / pe28 μ, a domestic solvent-free adhesive 1 ᦇ, glue amount 1.8g/m2, aging at 40 ℃ for 24h. The friction coefficient of the composite film is shown in Table 1.

Change to a domestic solvent-free adhesive 2 ා, the coating amount is 1.5 g / m2, and the curing time is 24 h at 40 ℃. The friction coefficient of the composite film is shown in Table 2.
