Slitting operation instruction
1、 Purpose and scope of application:
1. Objective: to standardize the operation of the slitting machine in the workshop and better maintain the safety of the Slitting unit;
2. Scope of application: this operation procedure is applicable to all operators and related personnel of the workshop slitter;
2、 Content:
1. Preparation work;
1.1 check whether the electricity and gas required by the equipment are normal;
1.2 turn on the main power supply of the equipment;
1.3 move the raw materials from the pallet to the upper part with the loading car;
1.4 load materials according to the correct requirements. The corona surface should be rewound clockwise, otherwise, it should be rewound counterclockwise. When feeding, pay attention to the use of the guide head and clamp arm switch, especially during slitting, because the movement of the guide head will cause the change of slitting width, which will affect the specification of the film roll;
1.5 the membrane should be penetrated according to the correct direction;
1.6 adjust the EPC to the centering position, and at the same time, place the discharge base at the centering position (pay attention to the distance between the clamping arms on both sides of the original film base with small pair width and the limit position of the travel switch);
1.7 fix the paper tube on the take-up arm; the paper tube is required to be 1-2mm longer than the original film size, and move the coiler arm to close contact with the contact roller
1.8 set the operation parameters correctly according to the requirements of the process sheet. (when adjusting the control parameters, only adjust the control parameters related to the production, including coil diameter, thickness, vice width, tension, etc., and it is strictly forbidden to adjust any control parameters other than the process sheet);
1.9 clean all guide rolls, tool slots and contact rolls;
1.10 check and replace the cutter blade. Be careful when replacing the blade to prevent being scratched by the blade;
1.11 wrap the original film on the paper tube according to the correct coiling direction and stick it well;
1.12 turn off the unwinding clutch switch and adjust the speed knob on the control panel to the maximum;
Check whether the specification is consistent with that of the incoming coil to be cut;
2. Normal operation:
2.1 adjust EPC to automatic state;
2.2 return the meter meter data display to zero;
2.3 confirm that the control parameter setting is consistent with the single-phase process operation (including substrate thickness, coiling length, control tension, coil diameter setting, taper, etc.);
2.4 run the equipment at a low speed and control the speed at 10-15m / min. observe the distance between the two ends of the original film and the two ends of the paper tube, and the film should be in the middle;
2.5 turn on the fan or edger;
2.6 for the equipment running at low speed (10-15m / min), the film width of semi-finished products shall be measured with steel ruler, and the actual film width shall be positive deviation less than 1mm;
2.7 gradually increase the production speed to the set speed, pay attention to the winding up and edge material condition of the film reel during the speed up process, so as to prevent the film roll from running off or the edge material tensile fracture; once again, measure the width of the film coil with a steel ruler, and carry out the follow-up operation after confirming that there is no error;
2.8 during the start-up process, pay attention to the film running on the press roll, and the end face shall be neat and free from rib burst and elastic edge;
2.9 pay attention to the quality of the original film at any time when starting the machine, strengthen the self inspection, and timely shut down the machine to remove the waste film in case of any abnormality (including wrinkling, oil stain, holes, etc.);
2.10 it is forbidden to use the emergency stop button in case of general abnormal conditions during startup;
2.11 if there are special requirements, the operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the special requirements of the process operation sheet;
2.12 pay attention to the winding tension and hardness during the startup process, and increase the supply tension and contact pressure in time when the film coil is too loose;
2.13 after the coil is cut and rolled down, the packaging label (certificate) shall be filled in carefully according to the requirements of the process sheet;
3. Shutdown steps:
3.1 adjust the speed knob on the unwinding control panel to 10-15m / min, and press the stop button to stop the machine slowly;
3.2 close the unwinding tension clutch control switch;
3.3 set EPC knob to "off" position;
3.4 turn off the fan and the hemming machine;
3.5 loosen the clamping chuck and remove the paper tube;
3.6 if the machine is shut down for a long time, the main power supply and gas supply system of the equipment shall be shut down.
