The purpose of ripening is: 1) to promote the further curing of the two-component adhesive to achieve the purpose of thorough bonding; 2) to promote the further evaporation of residual solvent in the film, so as to reduce the influence of residual solvent. If the curing management is not well controlled, it may cause quality problems such as poor peeling strength, poor opening, more residual solvents, odor and bubbles. Whether external heating or internal heating is used, the purpose is to achieve stable and uniform temperature in the curing room. Turn on the exhaust fan regularly to exhaust the exhaust gas and inject fresh air to avoid secondary pollution. The temperature and time should be adjusted according to the adhesives of different products and different uses. However, it must be noted that the longer the curing time, the better the effect.
The secondary curing process is as follows: after the multilayer substrate is compounded, it is first put in the drying room at 50 ℃ for 36 h, and then it is taken out for cutting and bag making. After that, the finished products were stored at 70 ℃ for 12 h (CPE as the inner membrane) or 90 ℃ for 3 h (CPP as the inner membrane) for a short time at high temperature for secondary ripening, and the effect was better than that of primary aging.
