1) startup conditions
After the start-up preparation is completed, the machine can be started.
2) Start up
The captain turns on the main motor to make the plate roller run at low speed, and at the same time starts the burner, oven temperature and fan.
4) Wrapping tape
Toner and rewinder use tape to wrap the end of roller and screw thread of plate shaft to prevent ink from adhering to it during operation and affecting the next plate loading.
5) , ink tank
Three actions: lift the ink groove, so that the plate roller immersed in the ink groove 3-4cm.
6) Adjusting scraper
The three people act separately: put down the scraper to touch the page, adjust the printing distance according to the characteristics of the screen, and adjust to the blade surface to make the ink scraping basically good, and then press the pneumatic switch. At this time, if the scraping effect is still not good, the feed distance at both ends of the scraper should be adjusted evenly until the scraping is good. Note: when the scraping ink is not clean, the pneumatic pressure of the scraper should be appropriately increased, and the mechanical pressure is not allowed to be used, so as to avoid shortening the service life of the scraper or the plate roller.
7) Setting process parameters
The captain sets the unwinding tension, winding tension, discharging tension, receiving tension and the pressure of front and rear traction rollers.
8) , drop roller
From the first color, the toner and rewinder press down the printing roller in turn to control the pressure within the specified range.
9) Preliminary overprint
Three people at the same time, respectively operate, in a manual way for vertical and horizontal overprint. Switch to automatic mode after basic accuracy.
10) , rough inking
When the ink color is displayed, the toner must immediately carry out the color matching work. It is not necessary to wait for overprint to stop before inking.
When the ink color difference is far, even if the film is still running, the coarse color matching can be carried out without stopping the machine (both spot color and hierarchical effect can be achieved). At this time, the ink should be adjusted as soon as possible. When the machine is running, the film can be cut for color comparison without stopping the machine. Until the new toner comes out and the hue is basically close, you can stop the color matching when the overprint is basically accurate. Before rough inking, you must put the required ink to the right place in advance. You should avoid the phenomenon of looking for ink everywhere when you need ink
11) Color matching
① After the overprint is basically accurate, the captain stops the machine and the inker compares the colors. Make sure that the adjusted ink is mixed evenly before color matching.
② According to the requirements of printing standard or printing standard sample, careful color comparison shall be carried out for each color block of the whole pattern at one time. It is not allowed to compare the hues of only part of the color blocks in one proofing.
③ According to the requirements of product structure, the corresponding materials (such as pearlescent film, aluminum coating, white cardboard, etc.) should be laid under the substrate.
12) , fine inking
① The toner carefully adjusts the ink according to the color comparison results, and mixes the ink evenly as soon as possible.
② At this time, the captain should adjust the balance bar according to the overprint effect.
③ The task of the toner is to complete the inking work at the same time as the captain completes the color matching.
13) Preliminary inspection
① At the same time of color comparison and color matching, the captain shall carry out preliminary inspection to check whether there are any defects other than color phase, such as product misprint, poor shallow screen transfer, blocking plate, knife thread, unclean ink scraping, ink color blooming, indentation, etc.
② At the same time of color matching and color matching, the captain shall make treatment as soon as possible according to the results of preliminary inspection. It should be ensured that all problems arising before proofing are solved.
③ At the same time, the winder and rewinder perform auxiliary color matching and register work.
14) Proofing
① After fine inking, start proofing.
② If the hue fails to meet the standard, the process of color comparison and color matching should be repeated.
