If the tension of the two substrates does not match, the adhesive itself has no initial adhesion force, and the film is easy to slide and produce wrinkles; in addition, improper winding tension will cause wrinkles or corrugations in the core part.
(3) Pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Poor operation of the equipment is also one of the common causes of wrinkles. When the surface of guide roller is not smooth or dirty, it is easy to produce twill and wrinkle after compounding; when the parallel degree of guide roller is poor, it will cause uneven transportation and produce wrinkles.
