The adhesive used in food packaging materials must have good resistance to medium erosion, because many foods contain fat, salt and acid substances, and the composition is very complex. The adhesive should have a stabilizer to the medium to avoid the layering of packaging materials due to the medium erosion. Do not choose the adhesive with high molecular weight, uneven distribution of molecular weight and poor solvent release, because the solvent itself has strong penetration capacity, which will damage the coating and affect the bonding strength. At the same time, the molecular weight of the adhesive with high molecular weight in the production process is inevitably uneven, and has poor affinity for aluminum coating, especially OPP printing film and BOPP printing film combined with aluminum coating film The surface is more obvious, mainly because of the high surface tension of the adhesive, poor coating performance, film shrinkage phenomenon, especially in the high-speed machine compound, the glue solution coating is not uniform, it is easy to cause "spots" phenomenon, resulting in product appearance quality problems.
