4. The plate position is not appropriate, generally just adjust the plate to the opposite side.
5. The ink particles are large and hard, or there are impurities and sand particles, which will lead to the ink adhesion to the printing plate is too strong, so it is necessary to adjust or replace the ink. Dilution filtration is the main method.
