3. Poor line contact.

2. Replace the heating tube.
3. Check the control circuit or main circuit with a multimeter to find out the fault point and lock the bolt.

The oven temperature can not reach the set temperature

1. The set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature.
2. Improper control of air inlet and exhaust valves
3. The temperature controller is damaged.
4. Thermocouple damage or poor contact.
5. Improper selection of heating switch.
6. The heating tube is damaged.

1. The set temperature must be higher than the ambient temperature.
2. Adjust the suitable opening of inlet and exhaust valves.

1. The thickness of bottom film is too thin.

1. Mix with air during mixing.

3. Misoperation of glue pouring, the glue flushed down.
4. The glue of diaphragm pump is too urgent.

1. Pump the mixed glue with a vacuum pump, fully degassing and stirring.
2. Heat the glue and reduce the linear velocity of the composite properly.
3. Pour the glue nail slowly along the edge.
4. Adjust the air volume of diaphragm pump and pump glue flows out at a constant speed.

Dot blocking of coating anilox roll1. The anilox roller was not cleaned in time after work.
2. The residual glue has been crosslinked and cured.



1. Clean the anilox roller immediately after work.
2. Soak in ethyl acetate, clean with uranium brush, soak with NaOH, and clean with copper brush.
