Reason: the pressure roller is wider than the printed matter, and the extremely thin ink film on the non pattern part of the printing plate is transferred to the pressure roller and slowly accumulates. The results show that the affinity between press roller rubber and ink binder is strong and easy to occur (such as chlorinated polyethylene ink), and the phenomenon is almost not found in nitrocotton and polyamide series inks with low affinity with roller rubber. Countermeasures:
1. Using the dirty version of the countermeasures, left and right imbalance caused by the pressure roll dirty situation.
2. Use a press roller of material with good resistance to ink true solvent.
3. The width ratio of the rolled part of the tape.
4. Try to make the width of the press roller and the printed matter close (actually the printed material is slightly narrow). This method is most effective, especially for long-term printing.
