Tension control. Due to the low initial viscosity of solvent-free composite, the matching of tape tension is required to be higher. Note: many people think that solvent-free lamination requires a higher tension system, which is not accurate. In fact, it is a higher control of the tensile rate of the two-layer composite tape. Under the current control technology conditions, the control accuracy of tension system can easily meet the requirements of solvent-free composite, but the matching requirement of tensile property is higher than that of dry lamination.
Glue amount. Because the amount of solvent-free composite coating is usually only 1 / 2-1 / 3 of that of dry composite, and the size of coating may also affect the composite quality and winding uniformity, therefore, the control requirements of coating amount are usually more strict.
Curing conditions. Because the curing conditions may affect the composite fastness, the transfer of aluminum coating, the friction coefficient of heat sealing layer, etc., and it is often ignored in practical operation, so it is more important for the quality of solvent-free composite than for dry composite.
