Adhesion can be divided into three types.

(3) Adhesion after packaging is called "three times adhesion".
Causes and solutions:
Generally speaking, the main factors causing adhesion are pressure, temperature, relative humidity and time.
The primary adhesion is mainly due to the residual solvent in the imprint or the winding tension. This is due to the ink diluent volatilization speed is too slow or printing speed is too fast, and the drying system drying effect is poor, printing plate mesh engraving is too deep, environmental temperature and humidity is too high. As long as the appropriate ink diluent is selected, the printing speed is reduced, the drying effect of the drying system is enhanced, the ambient temperature and humidity are improved, the winding tension is appropriately reduced, and the printing plate cylinder with shallow mesh holes is made again.
The secondary adhesion is mainly affected by the temperature and humidity in the product storage environment. The main reason is that the environment temperature or relative humidity is too high, which makes the ink soft, sticky or re dissolve, resulting in adhesion. If the ink can withstand 50 ℃ under normal conditions, but when the relative humidity increases by 10%, its heat resistance will decrease, only 45 ℃. Therefore, as long as the environment temperature and humidity are well controlled, the secondary adhesion can be prevented.
The third adhesion was mainly caused by the contents. As PE and PP films are permeable, when used to package articles containing alcohols, esters, flavors and so on, such as balsam, liquid cosmetics, ginger, mustard, curry powder, etc., they will be exuded by alcohol, ester, essence and so on and migrate to the ink layer, so that the ink layer will be dissolved and conglutination.
