Solutions to electrostatic whiskers, air leakage and ink flying
1. Increase the drying speed of ink. Improve solvent ratio and avoid slow drying solvent. Make ink conjunctiva as soon as possible.
2. Reduce the fluidity of the ink, in order to make the ink not easy to splash, as far as possible in high viscosity printing.
3. Electrostatic film printing speed is faster, the higher the charge rate, so avoid high-speed printing. Print as low as possible.
4. In order to remove the static electricity of the original film, a static removing device is arranged on the inner side of the film before and after printing (upper end of the press roller). If conditions permit, they should be set before and after the roller.
5. Add a small amount of antistatic agent in the ink, pay attention to the composite strength.
6. Spray water around the equipment to control the humidity in the workshop.
7. The leakage phenomenon reduces the pressure of the press roll, and the improvement effect is better.
