Curling angle?
Sometimes a part of the bag made is not smooth. Some bags are flat on one side and uneven on the other. If this corner is flat, that corner is not flat. In addition to the tension control, which is the cause of film deformation, and the high heat sealing temperature, there is another reason that the film coil is heated unevenly during aging, and the uneven heating is not the uneven inside and outside of the film coil, but refers to the uneven heating at both ends of the coil. Careful observation will also find that when making bags, the adjacent side is generally tireless or much better, while the other side which is far away from the other side is more serious. If this is the reason, the manufacturer's experience is to leave the film at room temperature for a longer period of time after coming out of the curing chamber, so that the temperature of the film coil can be recovered evenly. Of course, it is better to let the film coil heated in the curing chamber as evenly as possible, so pay attention to the location and mode of the film coil in the curing chamber.
Smooth agent?
The peeling strength is low due to the precipitation of the smoothing agent, which generally appears in the PE film with thickness above 8C. The phenomenon is that there is no obvious change in the initial stage after the composite, and the strength will decline in about 7 days. After tearing, you will find that there is a layer of fog like frost on the intima, which can be scratched by hand. Tear a piece into a high-temperature oven after a few minutes to take out the peel strength will increase a lot, but after minutes the peel strength will drop again. If it is a good composite coil, it can also be put into the curing chamber, placed at a temperature above 60 ℃ for more than 12 hours, which may be able to make up for it. There is no other good way.
Sticky?
That is, the curing is not complete. Most of them are related to the low purity of solvent and high humidity. There is also a barrel of glue divided into two deployment, so that the amount of curing agent added is not accurate. Generally, the greater the amount of one-time compounding, the more stable the quality of composite products. In addition to the problems in bag making, there is also a more hidden problem, which is more terrible. It is that the finished bags are placed in the factory or at the customer's place. Once the contents are loaded (generally more than 5 days), the surface of the bags will wrinkle, and the bags will not dry after being pulled out. Therefore, once you find that there is incomplete solidification, it is easy not to put it to the customer to hold a fluke heart. At least in their own factory with the same content as the customer after the test observation, no problem before delivery.
Poor opening after bag making?
