These understandings are wrong. As far as environmental protection is concerned, food requirements are so strict, and residual solvents can be used Get a guarantee. 1、 Cost of solventless laminating machine
1. Equipment can not bring costs, glue can not bring costs, the only can bring costs to the enterprise is personnel, so personnel is the best cost control of an enterprise, and properly used will be a considerable cost. Equipment brings energy saving, glue brings solvent-free, personnel brings money, quality, efficiency and cost control;
2. The cost of solvent-free laminating machine is much lower than that of dry laminating machine. If the operation is correct, the cost of glue loading will be saved compared with that of dry laminating machine, and solvent dilution is not required, and the electric charge of oven is not required. Secondly, if the production speed of ordinary structural products is higher than that of dry laminating machine, the speed can reach more than 300m / min. on the contrary, if the operators operate improperly or have insufficient sense of responsibility, 300m /Min can bring efficiency and loss, so personnel cost is the best cost control.
2、 Application range of solventless composite
1. Solvent free can basically adapt to most structures of the composite, depending on the auxiliary materials and operators and the method and process you operate. Some domestic companies have matured, while others have frequent problems, which depends on your method. At present, solvent-free composite has been used in 121 ℃ cooking products, boiled products, aluminum plating composite, pure aluminum composite, inflatable bag and other structures in China, which can prove that solvent-free composite is still widely used.

3、 Solvent free glue and ink compatibility
1. How to judge whether the ink and glue are incompatible?
Generally speaking, the incompatibility between ink and glue requires more glue manufacturers to change the ink. However, most of the problems are caused by white spots, bubbles and lack of fastness when solvent-free compounding (especially when compounding VMPET);
In this case, we first analyze, first see whether the white dot is full version or local, whether there is regularity, what is the bubble and whether the fastness is related to the glue? See if the operation process is correct, speed, glue, etc. will appear this problem. General composite aluminum plating materials will have some white spots, but this does not mean that it is incompatible, and an enterprise every time the cost of replacing ink waste is larger, more troublesome. The most efficient way to solve the problem is to use the sample to solve it.
Under the condition of replacing and compounding the base materials, mark the speed, and control whether the glue quantity, temperature and pressure are in place without considering other factors, so that the sample can be tested and the problems can be analyzed. Another possibility is whether the ink is lighter, whether the dot is too shallow, and whether the residual solvent of the ink is volatilized (you can rewind before compounding, blow it down with a fan when rewinding, or put a small batch into the fixed telephone room for drying to see if the effect is the same as before). Secondly, the composite test can be carried out on the dry duplicator, so as to analyze which link comes out Problem, and then for the problem-solving, not only can save time and effectively solve the problem for enterprises, but also do not have to spend a lot of time to replace different ink composite.
4、 Whether solvent-free cooking and cooking can be done; what factors are needed;

5、 Generation of solvent free composite bubbles and joint bubbles
Solvent free bubble generation is very simple and easy to solve. Generally, if there is bubble, first see whether the bubble is regular or irregular. If it is regular, consider the lower cot; if it is irregular, consider whether the amount of glue is sufficient, air pressure is insufficient, glue leveling is not good, temperature control, residual solvent of printing film, and too fast speed will produce bubbles According to the bubble sample to solve, increase the pressure, control the amount and speed of glue, you can add temperature, which can solve the bubble. Generally speaking, normal bubbles can be solved by the above possibilities and solutions. If bubbles appear in the anti-counterfeiting label on the similar salt bags in winter, the solution must be based on the samples.
In the process of compounding and stopping the machine for material receiving, bubbles appear at the joint of the tape when starting up (some manufacturers may not have such bubbles). When the bottom film is PE, the thickness of more than 5 wires will cause this situation. The author just explains how to solve the problem. It's simple to say, but some manufacturers just can't solve it. Generally speaking, large area bubbles are generated through the joints, and the operators cut and tie them with knives. In the process of operation, this is dangerous operation and waste. It is very simple to solve this problem. When the machine stops to receive materials, it is enough to stick the tape in front and back. If there is bubble in the front, the material will be broken when the bag is pasted reversely. The positive and negative sticking can not only solve the bubble but also ensure the continuous feeding of bag making The composite loss and bag making loss are less. Due to the angle of the compound roller and the joint bubble caused by the advanced compound roller at the tail of the laminating machine, the effect of sticking on both sides is the best and the waste is the least.
6、 The appearance and solution of knife line and empty glue
We should be very clear about the generation of knife line and often encounter it. Knife line generally refers to the situation that there are impurities, dust and particles in the glue. We all know how to solve this problem. Adjusting the lower scraper roller can basically solve the problem.
However, there are two possibilities of empty glue. One is similar to the situation of knife line, in which impurities and dust particles fall into the cot, resulting in glue scraping down; the other possibility is that the groove on the transfer steel rod is deep, and the impression on the steel rod is generally caused by the wear to the depth of the impurities and hard objects; the other is at the friction position between the pressure roller and the baffle plate of the commonly used specifications for a long time It is easy to transfer glue to the wide composite material due to the line groove caused by inter impression friction. This situation depends on the quality of transfer roller, surface treatment and the material of baffle plate. When the baffle plate is put in, the inner side of baffle plate is coated with curing agent to reduce friction.
7、 Summary
