⑥ The ripening process is not perfect.
The solutions are as follows:
① Adjust the tension of the control system to make it the most suitable tension for each membrane structure.
② The temperature of oven and compound roller can be reduced without affecting the performance.
③ Adjust the winding pressure (the film is more likely to curl when it is hard), and take it back to the reel after cooling to prevent the increase of winding pressure caused by shrinkage (especially when processing the film that is easy to stretch after heating).
④ Pay attention to the phenomenon of water absorption before and after composite processing (mostly in the paper composite) and thermoplastic.
⑤ Check the film shape, do not use the film with bad shape.
⑥ The lower the curing temperature is, the shorter the time is.
