① The surface tension of the base film is too small, the wettability is poor, the glue is uneven, and bubbles are formed in the place without adhesive, so the film with high surface tension is required.
② The pressure of the composite roller is insufficient, or the surface temperature of the composite roller is too low, the activation of the adhesive is insufficient, the fluidity is poor, the flow of rubber particles is uneven, and there is a small gap, resulting in very small bubbles. Therefore, the surface temperature and pressure of compound roller should be increased. Before the gelatinizing base film enters the drying channel, the reverse "glue equalizing rod" is used to scrape the rubber particles to reduce the bubbles.
③ The wrap angle between the composite roll and the film is too large, especially for the rigid material, it is easy to cause wrinkles and even bubbles. The angle should be adjusted carefully to make the wrap angle enter the compound roller as far as possible according to the tangent direction.
④ There is dust on the surface of the film. It will lift up the two layers of film and form a circle of empty ring. The empty ring is a little bubble in the rough view, and there is a small black spot in the middle. If this is the case, pay attention to clean the environment and keep the air fresh.
⑤ A small amount of water is mixed in the adhesive or solvent. Low environmental humidity is required.
⑥ There are many residual solvents and their permeability is poor, and the solvent vaporization sandwiches between the two layers of film to form bubbles. The amount of residual solvent should be controlled or the base membrane with high transmittance should be used to remove the compound
