D. During the production process, the compound personnel shall carry out self inspection regularly and irregularly to check whether the product appearance index and odor are qualified. And fill in the production process record form.
(5) The operator in charge of the machine shall record the following contents on the work order:
A. Operators should indicate their own production shift, date, name and specification on each batch of semi-finished film roll for inspection;
B. Frequently carry out routine inspection on the machine, and deal with the problems in time. For those that are not handled well by themselves, they should be reported in time, and the problems found on the work order and the handling situation should be noted on the work order, so as to prompt the staff of the next shift.
