C. Low speed trial printing, adjust the cylinder pressure to get clear pattern, adjust the plate aligning mechanism to make the pattern accurate, properly adjust the drawing, winding and unwinding torque device to make the tension moderate.
D. The normal production can be started after the machine is debugged.
E. During the production process, the printing personnel shall carry out self inspection regularly to check whether the overprint accuracy, pattern clarity and odor of the products are qualified. And fill in the production process record form
F. Routine inspection shall be carried out frequently on the machine, and problems shall be handled in time. For those that are not handled well by themselves, they shall be reported in time, and the problems found on the shift and the handling conditions shall be indicated on the list to prompt the next shift staff.
