D. In order to produce new specifications, several sheets should be opened first, and the firmness and sealing length of heat sealing should be determined according to the work order;
E. Bag making personnel shall carry out self inspection regularly and irregularly in the production process to check whether the products are damaged, leaked and easy to tear off;
F. The semi-finished products after sealing and cutting should be stacked in order to protect the products;
G. The waste products produced by bag making are divided into bags, and the overweight mark is on the outer bag, and recorded on the bag making work order at the same time;
H. The semi-finished products produced by each cylinder shall be stacked uniformly, and the material head signed by the quality inspection shall be pressed on the semi-finished products. During packaging, the report form shall be filled in according to the data of material head;
1. The packing personnel shall seal the box neatly and firmly, and there shall be no adhesive tape on the finished product
J. After passing the inspection and stamping, the products shall be stacked neatly on the pallet, and the quantity of each layer shall be the same, so as to count.
