1、 Ripening
At the end of each compounding, it should be kept in the curing room above 40 ℃ for 48 hours, and then the next composite should be carried out. Finally, the finished product should be aged for 4 days before bag making, but the curing time should not be too long, otherwise the bonding fastness will be reduced.
2、 Bag making
The bag making process is related to the heat sealing temperature, heat sealing pressure and machine speed. The heat sealing temperature is determined by the thickness of the composite film and the properties of the inner layer material, which is generally controlled between 170 and 230 ℃. If the pressure is adjusted properly, if the pressure is too low, the heat sealing strength is not high, and if the pressure is too high, the inner layer resin will be extruded, which will reduce the thickness of the sealing part and affect the strength of the bag The stress concentration at the sealing part will cause the bag to break; the machine speed should not be too fast, otherwise the strength of the bag will be reduced.
