Inspection of raw materials: A. thickness of film (aluminum foil) according to GB 6672, tensile strength & elongation (according to GB 13022-91), wetting tension (according to GB 10003-88), oxygen permeability / moisture permeability (according to GB 1038 / 1037), high temperature resistance, hygienic suitability (in accordance with gb-9687-88), appearance; B High temperature resistance of adhesive and ink, food hygiene suitability;
2. Inspection of film (aluminum foil) lamination process: A. appearance (no obvious defects such as wrinkling and delamination by visual inspection); B. laminating speed and viscosity of glue: the measured values are different according to the different adhesives and proportions; C. the detection of gluing amount: use coated paper (or self-adhesive glossy paper) to separate the left, middle and right positions, Put it in the middle of the two films to be compounded, and take off the sample after the lamination. After that, the coated paper (or self-adhesive paper) is removed, and the coated film is weighed on the electronic scale, and the weight a is recorded. Then put the weighed film (the cloth surface with glue) into the solvent (EA) to wash and remove the glue liquid, and then put it into the electronic scale to weigh, and record the weight B. A-B is the glue amount of the sample, and then converted into the unit of g / m2. d. Control of curing temperature and time after compounding: set corresponding temperature and time according to different raw materials; e. composite strength between cured composite membranes (according to 8808-88); Cut the left, middle and right test pieces with a width of 15mm and a length of 15cm. Separate the layers to be tested by about 15mm, and fix them on the upper and lower clamps of ldx-200 universal material testing machine respectively, and adjust the tensile speed to 100 mm / min for measurement. f. Residual solvent: cut 0.2m2 sample, cut the sample into 10mm30mm pieces, put it into clean conical flask preheated at 80 ℃ for about 500ml, seal it with silica gel plug, heat it in 80 ℃ incubator for 30min, take 1ml bottle gas sample with 5ml syringe and inject it into 2061c gas chromatograph for determination. The result is ≤ 10mg / m2.
3. Inspection of bag making process: A. bag making size and edge sealing size (according to customer requirements); B. hot sealing strength: cut 15mm wide test piece from the edge seal of bag with steel ruler. The length of the sample depends on the size of the bag, and is fixed on the upper and lower clamps of ldx-200 universal material testing machine to measure the heat sealing strength.) C. fill the bag with equal volume of water and seal it. Place the bag sample between the upper and lower plates of the pressure gauge. According to the conditions (pressure and time) required by the customer, do pressure detection to observe whether the bag is broken or leaking. d. Residual solvent amount (same as the above compound process inspection item f)
4. High temperature resistance inspection of Cooking: After bag making, the bag should be filled with contents of equal capacity and sealed (Note: the contents should be similar to the contents specified by the customer, and can not be replaced by water or other substances, and the air in the bag should be discharged as far as possible during sealing, so as to avoid the influence of gas expansion on the test effect during cooking), and put them into ts-25c high-temperature counter pressure cooking pot, and set the conditions required by customers (cooking temperature, time) After cooking, the appearance inspection: the bag surface should be flat, no wrinkle, blister, deformation, no separation, leakage phenomenon; if any of the bad phenomena is found, it is unqualified. The typical physical property parameters of cooking bag CPP include CPP ordinary cooking film (120 ℃) and high temperature cooking film (135 ℃), which has dimensional stability and other material compliance under high temperature, and the heat sealing strength is good at high temperature, and the thickness is generally 60-80um.
