Vacuum packing bag

Cooking bag
The soft plastic package used for high temperature steaming or water boiling sterilization is steaming packaging bag, which should be vacuumed before packaging. Otherwise, the air in the bag is difficult to transfer heat to the contents and kill the bacteria. In addition, the air in the package will also be subject to thermal expansion and burst the packaging bag.

The common point of vacuum packaging bag, deoxidation packaging bag and cooking packaging bag is that they must be made of plastic film with good gas blocking performance. The difference between them is that vacuum packaging does not need heating and cooking, but cooking packaging must be vacuumed first. Vacuum packaging may not exhaust all oxygen. Although deoxidized packaging does not vacuum, it must exhaust the oxygen in the package. Therefore, in the selection of packaging film, vacuum packaging, deoxidation packaging only need to use the film with good gas resistance and oxygen resistance.
In addition to good barrier property (gas and oxygen resistance) and high heat resistance (withstanding high temperature cooking) of the film, the steamable packaging bag also requires the film to have good water vapor permeability, and the printing ink and composite adhesive also require good high temperature resistance.
