According to the production records, it is found that the surface layer of the bag is compounded with the remaining high brittleness quick drying adhesive from the previous sheet, and the brittle glue is not resistant to folding, so it is necessary to select the suitable soft and hard compound adhesive. 2、 The composite film has low composite strength. 1. The phenomenon description structure is bopp28 / vmcpp25 structure of antipyretic packaging bag, two-color printing, no full version white ink backing, low peel strength and composite separation layer after lamination. 2. Cause analysis In the red ink area and green ink area, the peeling strength is very low, because in the ink, the original yellow ink is slightly positive, the original red ink is negative, and the original blue ink is negative. Therefore, the polarity of the green ink prepared by the original yellow and blue is neutral, and its composite strength is relatively low. However, the peeling strength of the red ink is low here, mainly because the red wax added by the ink supplier is too high Therefore, it is recommended to choose the ink or printing surface (ink surface) of regular manufacturers for corona discharge once, and composite within 8 hours. 3、 Compound bubble phenomenon 1. The description structure of the phenomenon is pet12 / al17 / ny15 / mipe60 electronic product packaging bag. In the production process, pet and Al were compounded on the first day without bubbles; on the second day, NY and MIPE were continuously compounded, and there was no bubble problem. After production, they were placed in the workshop at room temperature for 2 days, and no quality problem was observed. Then they were sent to the curing chamber for 48 hours. On the sixth day of bag making, it was found that the surface of the composite film was bubbling, and the bubbles occurred in nylon and pure aluminum between. 2. Cause analysis by checking the production records, the glue between PET / Al and NY is not deteriorated, which eliminates the bubble caused by glue deterioration caused by the use of expired glue. After careful analysis of the bubble distribution, there is no periodic rule, and the bubble caused by mesh blockage of the roller is also ruled out. Through communication with the glue supplier, the initial adhesion of the glue is low. It is recommended to enter the curing room immediately after compounding. PET / Al is stiff material, NY is creep material. Glue with low initial viscosity is used, which has poor creep resistance, resulting in vacuum bubble. 3. Conclusion the adhesive with high initial adhesion should be selected for composite stiff and peristaltic materials, or it should be sent to the curing room in time.
