Problem 1: it has great influence on the smoothness of PE film
In the solvent-free composite process, for the composite structure with PE film (especially PE film thickness < 45 μ m), when the curing temperature is more than 40 ℃, the friction coefficient will increase obviously. This is mainly because: in the process of PE film blowing, the thinner the PE film is, the less the content of lubricant per unit area is; In the solvent-free composite process, the higher the aging temperature, the more intense the molecular movement of the smooth agent. After migrating to the solvent-free adhesive layer, it reacts with it, resulting in more consumption of the lubricant, resulting in the increase of the friction coefficient of the final composite product.
Solution: on the premise of ensuring the composite quality, reduce the amount of glue, and at the same time reduce the aging temperature.
Problem 2: insufficient peeling strength of aluminized materials
The most common problem in the composite process of aluminized materials (especially VMPET) is the transfer of aluminum coating, which results in insufficient peeling strength of the final composite, especially in solvent-free composite process. There are many reasons for the transfer of aluminum coating, including aluminum plating materials, composite process, solvent-free adhesive properties and so on. Only from the perspective of solvent-free adhesive.
Solution: by adjusting the formula of adhesive, the transfer probability of aluminum coating can be reduced to the greatest extent.
Problem three: with part of the ink dissolving phenomenon
In the solvent-free composite process, the phenomenon of adhesive dissolving ink sometimes appears, especially some inks made of dyes.
