The probability of "fish scale" phenomenon in composite products is less than that in "small pits" and "fog". In the last article, we introduced how to deal with dry composite "small pitting". Today, Beite packaging, the manufacturer of flexible packaging bags, teaches you how to deal with the phenomenon of dry compound "fish scale". There are two reasons for this phenomenon.
(1) The phenomenon of "fish scale" appears in PE film itself, which appears in the blank after compounding, resulting in the decrease of composite transparency. The solution is to replace the material.
(2) During the production process, the rubber pressing roller is not relaxed in time, or the upper rubber roller is not separated from the glue liquid, and the hot pressing roller is not separated from the hot drum. Generally in 30 minutes under the state of tight pressure, the blank will appear wavy irregular transverse indentation, resulting in poor transparency. Therefore, in the non working state, the upper rubber roller and the anilox roller should be isolated and cleaned, the hot pressing roller and the hot drum should be separated, and the hot drum power supply should be turned off at the same time.
Other phenomena and Countermeasures
There are two main reasons for the appearance of "mushroom umbrella cloud", "dripping water splashing" and "Silk Pattern" in the composite product.
(1) The material itself is not good, and there are irregular patterns. Just replace it.
(2) The influence of adhesive and drying Road. When entering the drying channel, the temperature is too high and the drying speed is too fast, which causes the solvent on the surface of the adhesive layer to volatilize rapidly, and the surface crusts. When the heat goes deep into the inner part of the rubber layer, the solvent under the film vaporizes and breaks through the membrane surface, forming a ring like crater, like "mushroom cloud" distributed on the rubber film surface, resulting in uneven and opaque rubber layer. Therefore, the temperature of the drying channel should be increased from low to high, so that the solvent can volatilize completely from the inside to the outside orderly and evenly, without leaving peculiar smell. In addition, the mixture of different boiling points can be mixed to use. In this way, the high boiling point solvent on the surface of the adhesive layer will remain longer for the long time when heat is evaporated, and the surface layer of the film will not be crusts. But the residual solvents should be kept in line with the requirements, and there will be no odor or odor.
