2. Quality requirements:
2.1 specification: meet the requirements of contract.
2.2 printing: the design is clear, the chroma is saturated, the handwriting is accurate and neat, there is no double image and missing printing, and the register position is correct.
2.3 material: meet the requirements specified in the contract or the same plate is consistent.

2.4 both ends of the drum shall be flush, and the positive and negative deviation shall be less than 0.5mm. The drum shall be compact and flat with clean layout.

3. Class a defects:
3.1 the material does not meet the requirements specified in the contract.
3.2 the deviation of specification size is greater than 2mm.
3.3 the printing pattern is not clear, the register position deviation is greater than 0.5 mm, and the page is stained.
3.4 printing content and typographical errors.
3.5 the film thickness does not meet the contract requirements.
4. Class B defect: 4.1 the positive and negative deviation of specification size is less than 2mm.
4.2 the register position deviation is less than 0.5mm.
4.3 the number of color spots in the layout is less than 5, and the width of wrinkled thin lines is less than 0.2 mm and no more than 4.
4.4 the bulge of both ends of the drum is less than 0.6mm.
5. Judgment: class a divergent lattice: the sample batch with one item in 3. Class a defect is class a bifurcation lattice. Class B bifurcation lattice: in 4. The sample lot with one item in class B defect is class B bifurcation lattice.
6. Quality qualification level: AQL = 1.0 for class A and 2.5 for class B
7. Sampling: sampling shall be carried out according to the sampling standard for packaging materials.
8. Maintenance:
8.1 measuring tools: tape, ruler, electronic micrometer
8.2 sensory index: sensory maintenance
9. Maintenance result judgment: the maintenance batch is judged according to the value of judgment array [AC re] retrieved from the inspection results against the sampling scheme. The acceptance can be considered under concession for class B, but not for repair batch of class A. under normal circumstances, the method of selection can be adopted in case of urgent need in production, and the qualified products shall be used for production.
