1. The PE inner membrane of composite packaging was thickened, and PE film with thickness of 8-wire to 8.5-wire was used instead of the original 0.07mm-thick PE film;
2. PE film with low heat sealing temperature and high impact strength is used as inner film. If it is self-made PE film, appropriate EVA or metallocene should be added to the ingredients to improve the heat sealing and impact resistance of the inner membrane;
3. It can reduce the temperature of heat sealing, reduce the pressure of the heat sealing knife, chamfering the edge of the heat sealing knife or thickening the cushion cloth (polytetrafluoroethylene cloth) of the hot sealing knife to prevent the PE inner membrane of the packaging bag from being damaged and the surface PA film on the inner side of the sealing bag from being damaged;
4. Vacuum packaging is also a way to reduce package damage.
